Points from my purchase did not show up when I checked my balance, what should I do?

We will need information from you regarding your purchase: date of purchase, store location where the purchase was made, original invoice number, and your membership number. We will verify the information in our system, and re-issue the points onto your membership if the points were not awarded to you.
Instead of giving me a $10 Sweet Points™ member coupon when I reach 250 points, can I save my points until I reach 500 points to receive a $20 Sweet Points™ member coupon?
No. The coupons are automatically issued in our system. Sweet Points™ member coupons are issued when 250 or 500 points are reached, whichever level is reached first.
