Can I collect Sweet Points™ on my purchases at Bitter Sweet© without my membership card?
No. A valid membership card must be presented at the time of purchase to collect any applicable points and rewards.

Points from my purchase did not show up when I checked my balance, what should I do?
Please call us at (905) 948-0626 or 1-888-253-3351, or email us at enquiry@bittersweetonline.com. We will need information from you regarding your purchase: date of purchase, store location where the purchase was made, original invoice number, and your membership number. We will verify the information in our system, and re-issue the points onto your membership if the points were not awarded to you.

Instead of giving me a $10 Sweet Points™ member coupon when I reach 250 points, can I save my points until I reach 500 points to receive a $20 Sweet Points™ member coupon?
No. The coupons are automatically issued in our system. Sweet Points™ member coupons are issued when 250 or 500 points are reached, whichever level is reached first.

Can my Sweet Points™ member coupon be used after the expiry date?
No. The coupons must be redeemed for merchandise before the expiry date, which is three months from the date of issue.

Do I need to inform Bitter Sweet© if I have changed my email address, phone number or address?

Yes. Please log on to www.bittersweetonline.com/sweetpoints to update your information, call us at (905) 948-0626 or 1-888-253-3351, or email us at enquiry@bittersweetonline.com. We will need your updated information to send you promotional information and special events invitations.

What is my Member ID and Password on the bittersweetonline.com member log in page?

By logging onto www.bittersweetonline.com/sweetpoints, members are able to check your Sweet Points™ balance, and to view and update your personal information. Your Member ID on the log in page is the identification number on your membership card. Your default password has been set as your date of birth, in the format of MMDD (i.e. January 5th is 0105). The default password can also be changed in your member profile.

Why did I not receive any promotional information via email or in the mail?

The personal information on the enrollment form may have been provided incorrectly, which may result in the information being misdirected.
